Worshiping on Sunday Mornings
Our worship is centered on the Holy Eucharist and is ordered according to the Book of Common Prayer. Our worship is determined by the liturgical calendar that has two cycles — the seasons of Advent, Christmas, and Epiphany, and the seasons of Lent, Holy Week, Easter, and Pentecost.
Each Sunday begins with faith formation for all ages at 9 am. Our worship service, at 10 a.m., includes hymns, appointed readings, a sermon, prayers, the Eucharist (Communion), and anthems sung by the choir. Afterwards, there are opportunities for fellowship and church meetings. Visitors are welcome at our service and all other activities.
There are occasional exceptions to this schedule.
The service has two principal parts — the Liturgy of the Word and the Liturgy of the Table.
