We are thrilled to welcome as our guest preacher The Reverend Marlene E. Forrest, along with members of her parish, St. Philip’s Church. Rev. Forrest is the Rector of St. Philip’s Episcopal Church on the Northside. In the Diocese of Virginia, she serves as Co-Chair of the Commission on Ministry, a member of the Committee on Priesthood, the Ministry for Racial Justice and Healing and the Diocesan Resolutions Committee and will begin her tenure in January 2023 as a Trustee at Westminster Canterbury. She also, serves as the National Union of Black Episcopalians Youth and Young Adults Chaplain.
