Each year, the people of St. Paul’s embark on a parish retreat to Shrine Mont, an Episcopal retreat center tucked in the Shenandoah Valley that is home to the Cathedral of the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia. Parishioners get to enjoy the natural beauty of rolling hills and mountains, and this tranquil setting provides a perfect backdrop to what the parish retreat is all about: growing in our relationships with each other and with the Creator.
2020 Parish Retreat: “Let Heaven and Nature Sing: The Psalms and Our Relationship to the Earth”

The psalmists were very in tune with the world around them. They have a lot to teach us. At the annual parish retreat, Charlie will use the ancient poetry of the Psalms to explore how to be in relationship to nature and to each other. We invite you all to join us for this weekend of fellowship and programming in the mountains of Virginia.
