St. Paul’s Welcomes the AAM National Conference Mid June

The Association of Anglican Musicians is holding its annual national conference this June in Richmond. 200+ professional musicians will be gathering in Richmond for the conference. There are daily worship experiences and concerts that are open and free to the public. St. Paul’s is honored to host the Opening Eucharist on Monday, June 20th at 9:00 a.m., which will feature the St. Paul’s choir combined with the Choir from St. Stephen’s, as well as a brass quintet, and David Sinden returning as the service organist. Here is the schedule of events that are free and open to the public:

Sunday, June 19, 5:00 p.m. – Juneteenth Celebration Concert with Carl Haywood (St. James’s Church)
Monday, June 20, 9:00 a.m. – Opening Holy Eucharist Service (St. Paul’s Church)
Monday, June 20, 8:00 p.m. – Choral Concert: The Thirteen (Cathedral of the Sacred Heart)
Tuesday, June 21, 10:30 a.m. – Choral Matins (Christ and St. Luke’s, Norfolk)
Tuesday, June 21, 4:15 p.m. – Organ Recital: Isaac Drewes (Bruton Parish, Williamsburg)
Wednesday, June 22, 5:00 p.m. – Choral Evensong (All Saints Church)
Wednesday, June 22, 7:30 p.m. – Piano and Organ Recital: Daniel Stipe (St. Stephen’s Church)
Thursday, June 23, 4:00 p.m. – Closing Holy Eucharist Service (Church of the Holy Comforter)
