Meditation Offerings

St. Paul’s offers two different Meditation opportunities each week, one in person and one virtually.

Sunday Morning Meditation In-Person | Sundays from 9:00-9:35 a.m.

Join Minister for Faith Formation, Keli Shipley Cooper, for meditation in the Memorial Garden (weather permitting). Come prepare your hearts and minds for worship as we gather for a brief reading, reflection, and twenty minutes of silence.

Wednesday Morning Meditation on Zoom | Wednesdays from 10:00-10:45 a.m.

Weekly online meditation with St. Paul’s. Meditation is an ancient spiritual practice where we quiet our mind to rest in God’s presence. Facilitated by staff and parishioners, we begin our time in silence followed by an opening reading, twenty minutes of silent meditation, and a blessing. There will be an optional opportunity to remain on the Zoom call to discuss your reflections with one another.

No registration nor experience with meditation is required. All are welcome. Staff contact: Minister for Faith Formation Keli Shipley Cooper.
