St. Paul's Episcopal Church - Palmore Room (Room 214)
815 East Grace Street

On Sunday mornings, we offer meditation at 9:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. in the Palmore Room (Second Floor of the Parish House). Meditation is an ancient spiritual practice where we let go—we quiet our minds to rest in God’s presence. Sunday morning meditation is open to everyone- regardless of one’s experience with this spiritual practice. Led by a facilitator and an assistant, each gathering includes a short reading, a guided chant, and silent group meditation. There is an optional opportunity to share your experience or thoughts.

You do not need to have experience meditating to join us. Please join for as many or as few sessions as you would like.
