15 months ago, StoryCorps selected Richmond as one of four anchor communities for its One Small Step initiative, an urgent national initiative to repair the fabric of our divided nation. One Small Step brings together pairs of strangers with divergent perspectives for conversations about their lives, in order to decrease feelings of contempt and help Americans see one another as human beings.
StoryCorps founder, Dave Isay, will join St. Paul’s on Thursday, June 16 at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the One Small Step initiative. Learn more about what One Small Step has achieved in Richmond, what they have planned for the future and how you can participate.
