Keli is the Associate for Program Development and Newcomer Ministries which encompasses adult formation opportunities, development of a comprehensive program calendar, and helping to welcome newcomers to St Paul’s. She is an ordained Minister of the Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), serving in a validated ministry within the Presbytery of the Jams. She graduated from Union Presbyterian Seminary in 2019 with her Master of Divinity (M.Div.). She has an M.A. in Youth Ministry from Memphis Theological Seminary/Center for Youth Ministry Training and a B.A. in Political Science from Maryville College (Tennessee). She is married to Marcus Cooper and they enjoy spending time with their daughter Anne Hazel “Annie” and their beagle-basset mix Bowser.
