Carter, the Administrative and Membership Associate, is often the first person visitors to St. Paul’s meet. Originally from North Carolina, Carter has resided in Richmond for many years. She attends St. Paul’s, along with her husband, Bob, and has three adult kids: Ned, Emmy, and Ben.
