Mission: To ensure a slate of qualified leaders who are identified, recruited, nominated, and elected at the annual meeting in accordance with the Canons of the Episcopal Church.

Specific ministries include:

• Evangelism/Sharing the good news!
• Ensure thorough orientation of new vestry members
• Manage election of new vestry members at the annual meeting
• Nominate a slate for vestry election of six to twelve persons to fill the vacancies

This committee is chaired by Senior Warden Lee Switz and includes members of the Vestry serving in their second year of their term and four to six other members of the congregation selected by the vestry. This ministry committee has a one year term.
