Mission: To meet as called by the vestry or facilities manager to assist with the upkeep of the church buildings.

Specific ministries include:

• Evangelism/Sharing the good news!
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the buildings
• Oversee property development, preventative maintenance and improvement projects
• Plan for the short term replacement of building assets
• Plan for the long term development of the asset replacement schedule
• Propose the annual budget
