Spiritual Formation for Adults
Contact: Pete Nunnally, Director of Adult Spiritual Formation
During the summer, Adult Spiritual Formation takes place at 9 a.m. on Sunday mornings.
The Book of Common Prayer: The Episcopal Church uses the words of the Book of Common Prayer as a guide, not only for Sunday services but also for our everyday Christian life. Have you ever been curious about this book, its history, its theology, or its purpose? Do you want to be able to use the prayer book to shape your spirituality? Beginning in July, we will offer a short course on the prayer book from 9 to 9:50 a.m. on Sunday mornings (July 24, 31, & August 7). Even if you can’t make it for all three weeks, come to the Palmore Room any one of those Sundays for an overview. Questions? Contact the Reverend Molly Bosscher.
Wednesday Center, Supper & Spirit
Every Wednesday evening, St. Paul's offers Center, a contemplative service at 6 p.m. Follwing Center, supper is served at 7 p.m. in Scott Hall, followed by a "Spirit" offering designed to engage your whole self in the amazing gifts of this world: art, literature, film, spiritual exercise, or even physical exercise like yoga. Please note, Center and Supper will continue during the summer; Spirit will resume in the fall.
