Minister for outreach

St. Paul's Episcopal Church is seeking a leadership team member to organize and implement a comprehensive urban outreach ministry that includes recruitment, training and coordination for volunteers serving in all the church’s outreach ministries. Additionally, the position will assist the rector in identifying and building intra-church volunteers for committees of St. Paul’s.This full-time position serves as the ambassador within the church and to the wider community to nurture a greater connection between St. Paul’s, its congregants and the communities it serves. This position is the primary contact for volunteers, which includes congregants, external groups and interns under the active guidance of the rector and St. Paul’s Faith in Action Ministry Board.
