Being an inclusive community
Whatever brings you to us, and whoever you are, we are glad you are here. St . Paul's is a place open to all. As an Episcopal community, we take our baptismal covenant seriously. When we say we "strive for justice and peace among all people, and respect the dignity of every human being," (Book of Common Prayer, p. 305) we mean all people, regardless of age, culture, disabilities, ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, marital status, nationality, race, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status.
St. Paul's has participated in Richmonds PrideFest--pictured above--for the past two years. More photos here.
We also hosted the 2014 Richmond Transgender Day of Remembrance (photos here.)
